#6 My Journey

Date: 08 July 2011

Flow is a natural law of life. In fact it is these flows that give strength and joy to life and ultimately added propose to it. Me too is no exception and moving with this flow. I never thought of coming to this part of the world (Melbourne). Yes I am here with the mix emotions. I am at the top of my joy been in this rich and diversified culture but at the same time I am missing my family a lot.

I landed here on 30th of June 2011, still struggling a bit in setting down. Looking for apartment and also other amenities. Being honest I am not use to of this environment. We know how it is in our native. Market and shops are close by and those “sabji wala” and milk man that comes in our houses to provide us vegetables and milk. Here we have to reach for shopping centers to do the same.

But looking around, it’s like preplanned city. So green, so spacious, roads are so wide with service lane everywhere. The best thing is we do not need to bother about “riksha wala” soddenly popped up from somewhere in front of you while driving at road. Even I rarely found motor bikes while driving to office. People respect rule while driving on road. I got car and it’s far easy to drive here as compare to that of our native streets.

I am predicting that I am going to enjoy my stay over here. But right now I am struggling to find an apartment on rent nearby in clayton area. Hope will get it soon and then call my family also.
